Debbie M. Mason, 61, of Copley, Ohio, passed away peacefully on September 11, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her mother, Midge Prybis, and her brothers-in-law, Rick Hopper and Jim Calvitti. Debbie is survived by her father, Bob Prybis; her devoted husband, Gary Mason; her sisters, Dawn (Ken) Matava, Dana Calvitti, and Diane (Bob) Harper; her brother, Eric Prybis; her sons, Daniel Mason and Zachary (Laura) Mason; and her beloved granddaughter, Ella Mason.
A doting wife and mother, Debbie lived life to the fullest. She dedicated herself to her career as an optician and found her greatest joy in raising her sons and granddaughter. She was known for her love of her dogs and her relentless, compassionate care for her husband over the past 20 years following his diagnosis with multiple sclerosis.
Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, September 15th, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Donlon Funeral Home in Cleveland. An additional viewing will take place Wednesday, September 16th, at 10:00 am, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am at Guardian Angels Church in Copley.
