Kelley was the beloved husband of Cecelia O’Connor Baker.
Kelley was born in July of 1956 in Cleveland, OH and passed away at age 69 on September 4th, 2025 at O’Neills Fairview Nursing Home. Kelley was born to Clarence and Mary Baker in Cleveland, OH and then moved to Parma, OH several years later. He graduated in 1974 from James Ford Rhodes High School.
Kelley was preceded in death by both parents, his sister Sandra and her husband Vern Williams and his other sister Carla and her husband David Potter. He is survived by his wife Cecelia O’Connor Baker and dozens of nieces and nephews.
Kelley had a variety of work experiences throughout his life. He worked at Antonucci-Phillips Sales and Candy brokerage company where he enjoyed putting together candy displays in the showroom and beautiful holiday displays in various drugstores around the area. He also worked at RGH Enterprises (which later became Cardinal Health) where he was in charge of shipping, receiving and quality control of medical supplies. Another job was with Hillman Group where he assisted in getting products set up to be packaged and shipped.Kelley retired from working at the end of 2019.
He and Cecelia also really enjoyed going for drives or getting out to see a good movie.
Kelley and Cecelia were introduced through his sister Sandy who worked with Cecelia at the time. Their first date was in November of 1999 where they had dinner at Gene’s Place. They were married on August 10th of 2002 and just celebrated their 23rd wedding anniversary recently.
We will be having a celebration of life service in the late spring or summer of 2026. We will let family and friends know the time and place when details are finalized.
